Mao Guanglie, male, was born in Jiangshan, Zhejiang Province, in February 1955. He was admitted to the CPC in September 1980. At present, he is an on-the-job postgraduate student of the science of law in the Party School of the CPC. He successively served as Vice Secretary of Yongkang County Committee of the CPC, Vice Secretary of Yiwu Municipal Committee of the CPC and Mayor of the Yiwu Municipality, Member of the Standing Committee of Jinhua Municipal Committee of the CPC, Vice Mayor, Vice Secretary of the Jihua Municipal Committee of the CPC and Mayor of Jinhua City. Then he served as Head of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Geology and Mineral Resources and Secretary of the Department; Head of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Secretary of the Department; Director of Zhejiang Province Development and Reform Commission and Secretary of the CPC of the Commission.
