Lin Jingguo, male, of the Han nationality, was born in February 1957 in Xiangshan Zhejiang. He began to work in April 1975 and became member of the CPC in April 1978. His educational background: undergraduateship. At present, he is Mayor Assistant of Ningbo Municipal Government. He successively served as Mayor Assistant and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Fenghua Municipal Government, Member of the Standing Committee of Fenghua Municipal Committee of the CPC, Director and Party Secretary of the Administrative Commission of Fenghua Scenic Area, Member of the Standing Committee of Fenghua Municipal Committee of the CPC, Vice Mayor of Fenghua Municipal Government, Member of the Standing Committee of Ninghai County Committee of the CPC, Chief Executive of Ninghai County Government, Vice Secretary of Ninghai County Committee of the CPC, Chief Executive of Ninghai County Government, and Secretary of Ninghai County Committee of the CPC. Since April 2008, he has been Mayor Assistant of Ningbo Municipal Government.
