Leaders of Ningbo meet Japanese economic delegation

On the morning of November 5th, the city leaders met with the delegation of the central Japan Economic Circle, headed by the president of the East Sea Japan-China Trade Center.

The central region is centered on Nagoya, and is the most developed industrial area in Japan and the manufacturing center of Japan. The East Sea Japan-China Trade Center is committed to promoting Japanese companies’ investment in China and Japan-China import and export trade, and has promoted leading Japanese companies to visit and cooperate with Ningbo.

The city leaders welcomed the visiting delegation. 2018 is the 40th anniversary of the Sino-Japanese Treaty of Peace and Friendship. The exchanges and cooperation between Ningbo and Japan continue to deepen. Ningbo’s manufacturing industry is accelerating transformation and upgrading, providing more opportunities for the two sides. It is hoped that the two sides can strengthen cooperation in various fields such as  intelligent manufacturing and new material research, and actively carry out training and exchanges among engineers to achieve win-win.

The president of trade center hopes to combine the characteristic of Japanese enterpeises and advantages of Ningbo industries so as to cooperate closely with Ningbo local enterprises in global business.
