　　Qualifications

　　Driving license holders from abroad, Hong Kong, Marco and Taiwan are required to take the driving test (subject one). Those who want to drive motorbuses, tractors, middle buses or trucks are required to take the driving test (subject three).

　　Those who are working in embassies or working in other institutions can have driver’s license in accordance with the principle of diplomatic equity.

Application Procedure

　　Driving license holders from abroad, Hong Kong, Marco and Taiwan are required to hand in their application forms and relevant documents to a Vehicle Management Station nearby. Those who are qualified can be allowed to take a driving test. Those who want to drive motorbuses, tractors, middle buses or trucks are required to take the driving test (subject three). Those who are working in embassies or working in other institutions can have driver’s license in accordance with the principle of diplomatic equity.
