The terms low-carbon economy and low-carbon life have been repeatedly mentioned in the governmental work report and the discussions by the deputies and members.
To focus on low-carbon is not simply a slogan or to save a few pieces of paper. The deputies and members of the two sessions of Ningbo are discussing a range of topics, such as green procurement in governmental expenditure to energy-saving furbishing of houses, from development of low-carbon energy to executing green traveling action, etc. They aimed to delineate a blueprint of low-carbon society for the city. |
