Every time when we have a competition, we will say what is important is to participate in the competition. This is actually something we will say to players for the purpose of encouraging them to take part in the competition. Last week, there was a dragon boat race in which the spirit of participating was well demonstrated.
There were four dragon boats in each group. At the beginning, they went forward at almost the same speed. All competitors wore red life jackets and exerted their utmost to help their boat move ahead. In a few minutes, boats with well-trained competitors began to lead the rest boats without any well-trained competitors. There were twelve teams. They were all from enterprises at bonded area in Beilun District. They once cooperated in business. The dragon boat race this year was expected to improve their relationship and increase their mutual communication.
A Competitor said that they competed together and wanted to show a spirit of participating. He said that this was an important aspect of our enterprise culture.
