Personnel Bureau, Finance Bureau and Labor & Social Security Bureau of Ningbo jontly issued a notice to help solve the problem of employment of university graduates. According to the notice, enterprises which employ university graduates will enjoy subsidy from Ningbo Municipal Government. However, they have to meet several requirement before they can really enjoy the subsidy. Firstly, they have employed or will employ university students who graduate from 2008 to 2011. secondly, they should offer an at least two-year contract for university graduates. Thirdly, they should have a list of university graduates who are employed by the enterprise and pay social insurances for university graduates they employ, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, work-related injury insurance, insurance against suspension of work and maternity insurance. |
