| To cope with the possible floods and dam failures, the Ninghai flood and drought control headquarters have made some emergency measures and improved the patrol monitoring of the reservoir dams. About 10 sluice gates in Fenghua have been lifted for discharge of water. Personnel of water conservancy have been sent to record the fluctuation of water conditions and round-the-clock monitoring has been conducted on reservoirs and ponds. |
