Mr. Zhou Cimei, male, born in Xiangshan county, Zhejiang province ,holds many titles including senior economist ,a member of economic committee under China Democratic League in Zhejiang Province ,a member of The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference ("CPPCC"),  in Jiangxi Province as well as in the ethnic minority Man’s autonomous region in Benxi,  liaoning Province, the vice-present of the Zhejiang entrepreneurs in Jiangxi Province and chairman of the association of auto industry in Xiangshan county.

For the past 20 years, guided by the principle of “being oriented to the markets and working around the economic benefits”, Mr. Zhou Cimei has led the whole employees to keep pioneering through hard and constant effort.

Mr. Zhou Cimei attached great significance to the enterprise’s industrial restructuring. With Xiangxi Huaxiang Fuqi company as a key factor, Mr. Zhou Cimei boldly drives on the area of complete automobiles. Under his lead, Huaxiang Group has gradually formed the industrial pattern of auto parts & complete automobiles, with auto industry as its developmental center. In addition, Huaxiang actively carries out capital operation. Ningbo Huaxiang Electronics Stock Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary company of Huaxiang group, went public in June 2005, which is the first one to be listed in Xiangshan county. Huaxiang group has accomplished an output of RMB2.2 billion in 2005. And its sales totaled RMB2.187 billion, with profit of RMB0.162 billion.

Mr. Zhou Cimei has proposed many requirement for Huaxiang group, such as further strengthening concept innovation to realize the new developmental leaps , reinforcing technical reforms , accelerating the development of large-scale economy, struggling to be the national import base of auto & its spare parts, increasing the market share of auto part and further expand ing the international market in order to make Huaxiang occupy an important place in the worldwide market.
