The Bureau bears the following main responsibilities

1. Participate in making policies that encourage foreigners to invest in Zhenhai District;

2. Publicize investment environment and the investment attractions of Zhenhai District;

3. Collect, sort out and publicize the information of projects for foreign investment

4. Organize all kinds of investment promotion activities

5. Collect and analyze information of the key investment projects and provide service for the key investors.

6. Provide instruction and coordination to the subordinate investment promotion offices of Zhenhai District so as to help them promote foreign investment effectively.
