Jiangbei Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau have the following functions:

1) Advertise the preferential policies and excellent investment environment to the industrial and commercial circle at home and abroad, introduce projects, invite investment and promote the economic prosperity and development in the district.

2) Promote the city construction and infrastructure for big projects; and attract enterprises to make investment in the Investment Pioneering Park in information, technology, precision instrument, environmental protection, new materials and other high-tech industries.

3) Be responsible for the guidance, coordination, management and inspection of the performance of town governments and functional sections in terms of foreign investment introduction.

4) Continue to provide services for the enterprises and projects in operation.
