The Administrative Committee of NFTZ functions to reinforce the implementation of laws, regulations and policies of the State, provincial and municipal governments; make, issue and implement regulations of NFTZ and NEPZ.

Draft programs for social & economic development and construction development of NFTZ and NEPZ, and implement them when approved by the Municipal government.

Make general program, detailed segment plans and important special plans for NFTZ and NEPZ entrusted by the Municipal Planning Bureau, and have them implemented after approval.

Responsible for the administration and management of planning, investment, foreign trade, finance, state assets, science & tech, statistics, pricing, foreign affairs, labor and social security, infrastructure, land, real estate, environment and public utility in NFTZ and NEPZ.

Coordinate and supervise the operation of sub-branches or dispatched units of the municipal government in NFTZ and NEPZ, coordinate the operation of Customs, AQSIQ, water, power, gas, communication and financial departments.
