Under Yinzhou People's Government, Foreign Investment Promotion Bureau of Yinzhou District aims to attract overseas investment, technology and management. The bureau consists of such four sections as Liaison Section, Project Promotion Section, Comprehensive Management Section and General Office.

The Liaison Section popularizes the investment environment of Yinzhou District through the offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Dongguan, invites foreign investors to visit Yinzhou and is responsible for the operation of the investment website of Yinzhou.

The Project Promotion Section receives foreign investors and provides translation service, collects and sorts out the information about foreign investment, holds talks with foreign investors on preferential policies, promotes investment talks and follow up large foreign projects.

The Comprehensive Management Section approves foreign projects; completes the annual inspection of foreign-funded enterprises, analyzes and reports the statistics of foreign investment and coordinate and serve foreign-funded enterprises.

The Office contacts with related government departments, assesses the work of industrial offices of town government and reward the foreign investment introducer, fund management and allocation, human resources and arrange for conferences and transportation
