Beilun Foreign Investment Promotion Center has the following functions:

1) Advertise the preferential policies and excellent investment environment to the industrial and commercial circle at home and abroad, introduce projects, invite investment and promote the regional economic prosperity and development.

2) Promote the city construction and infrastructure for big projects; and attract enterprises to invest in the tertiary industry including trading and service, finance, tourism, real estate, modern logistic as well as public welfare projects like, education, culture, and public health

3) Be responsible for the guidance, coordination, management and inspection of the performance of town governments and functional sections in terms of foreign investment introduction

4) Continue to provide services for the enterprises and projects in operation.
