Youngor Garment Complex is a comprehensive garment manufacturing base of Youngor Garment Group, which integrates garment designing, manufacturing and marketing. The 23.3-hectare Complex, which took three years to complete, comprises such buildings as western-style clothes factories, shirts factories, hotels and a business center. The business center is divided into three sections: a designing center, an exhibition hall and a customer service center. The International Exhibition Center in the Complex is listed as one of the Ten Scenic Spots of Ningbo City.

The Manufacturing Base, as the first phase project finished and put into operation in 1999, includes the western-style clothes factory and shirts factory. The factories have the most advanced manufacturing equipment: auto shirt hanging flow lines, textile processing machines made in Italy, sewing and ironing machines made in Japan, pressing and binding machines made in Germany, designing, plate-making and tailing machines made in France. Together with the world's first-class equipment, the Younger Garment Group introduced the most advanced garment making technology--VP wash-and-wear technology in its shirt manufacturing. In 2000, the shirts made with this technology were awarded as "Key National New Products" by Ministry of Science and Technology and other national administrative departments, another honor the Group won after its HP iron-free shirts.

Youngor Hotel is a well-equipped hotel with well-trained staff, which ensures to supply the customers to the complex with accommodation services.

The Youngor Business Center, as the second phase of the complex project, built during the 5th Ningbo International Fashion Festival, is the officing and exhibition center of the complex. The Center is made up three majestic and modern buildings: the designing center, exhibition center and customer service center. Among the buildings in the complex, the Yongor International Exhibition Hall is the most modernized one, a landmark of the Complex. The building is a hemispheroid 62 meters in diameter. It is one of the Ten Greatest Attractions in Ningbo. The center is the largest glass spheroid exhibition hall and the most modernized one in China. 

Inside the building in the central part is the central stage for fashion show. The areas on the side are for exhibition of clothes products of various kinds. The decorative materials in the hall are mainly sandalwood, which is designed to create a harmonious atmosphere in the background of the steel framework of the building. Those white curtains are used to keep out the echoing sound and the heat.

Since the complex opened to the public, it has received many government and political leaders of China and thousands of guests home and abroad, all of whom have been deeply impressed by the complex. After his visit to the complex, Pirre Cardin, world-famous fashion designer, made his remarks: "To speak the fact, this complex of garment manufacturing base is one of the first-rate garment production bases all over the world."
